dining-big.jpgWhile others enjoy going to sporting events, shaving cats, spear fishing, skydiving, ballooning or bellydancing, I’d rather sit at home and write. Or paint. I exist mainly in my head and have very little desire for external stimuli. Yet there’s a threshold to my isolationist existence. I can become stir crazy. I need some change of scenery. Where do I go for this? To a restaurant. I spend a lot of money eating out. It’s my idea of relaxation. I get out of the house, don’t have to think about cooking and can carry on a conversation or get some work done. It’s great in theory. Read the rest of this entry »
